The Central Navy Museum
The history of the Russian Navy began when Peter the Great restored a small sailing boat.This boat known as the "Grandfather of the Russian Navy" you can see in the largest in Russia museum of Navy.
The museum has more than 800 000 exhibits including authentic navy equipment, marine paintings, naval memorabilia, models of significant vessels.
