Kronstadt Guided Tour in St. Petersburg
Twenty years ago Kronstadt was a closed naval base, visited by few outsiders only with a special pass. Nowadays it is one of the most unusual sights of St. Petersburg. Located on the island in the Gulf of Finland, it is accessible by the picturesque road above the barrier which protects St. Petersburg from destructive floods. MARINA our tour Director was an embodiment of professionalism, knowledge and pleasant personality.ANDREW the van operator drove us to all our destinations, safely.He was very courteous, helpful and professional. We visited several landmark sites in those two days. There was information/ knowledge overload ( of which I am happy) that simply tells me that MARINA is a seasoned tour director. It was a lively interactive tour as questions were raised and anwered. This tour is reasonably priced compared to other vendors of same destination landmarks. As a matter of fact this excursion offers more and much better itinerary. Lunches were included.
